CAT is a time limited collaborative therapy that can help you with your relationships with others and with yourself.
It looks at the patterns of behaviour that you follow that may have become unhelpful to you.
CAT helps you to understand how these unhelpful patterns have come to be by reflecting on your past experiences.
Change can come through the recognition of these patterns.
CAT can help with symptoms of depression, anxiety, patterns of unsuccessful or broken relationships and other psychological difficulties.
